Seeing the new @new_freedom_vfw_post_7012 building finally completed is incredibly exciting! This facility came together through donated land, volunteer labor, #community support, and the sacrifices of Veterans and their families. The #VFW has long advocated for #Veterans and preserved important traditions that connect generations and anchors our community. This new building is a testament to gratitude and respect of the community for our Veterans. Honored to join @patreasury Stacy Garrity, @repkateklunk, @burkentinerealestategroup, the New Freedom Community, our treasured Veterans and their families to celebrate this dream turned into reality.

This year’s York County Farm Bureau Legislative Tour was hosted by @godfreymeats! Thank you to Chip and Jackie for sharing their family business with us and educating us about the butchering process, thanks to a pig raised by York’s favorite @pennsylvaniaffa member, Leah Finchbaugh. The delicious pit beef sandwiches and @perrydellfarm ice cream were enjoyed by all!

The word we kept hearing - WOW!

Last week, I held a Scam Jam seminar with community leaders and law enforcement professionals to help local citizens understand and avoid fraud and scams.

Thank you to the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, @paattorneygen Dave Sunday, @pastatepolice , York County District Attorney Tim Barker, AARP Pennsylvania, and MidPenn Legal Services for making this event possible.

I also want to thank all of those who attended. With the exponential advancement of technology we see today, educating one another is our best defense. Over the next several days, I will share some of the best comments from our presenters that will help us all stay vigilant in fighting fraud.

Thank you to the @ywcayork for hosting this weekend’s Red Sand Project, an event that raises awareness about human trafficking. The red sand symbolizes those who too often “fall between the cracks” in society.

As co-chair of the Anti-Human Trafficking Caucus (AHTC), I remain committed, alongside both Republicans and Democrats, to strengthening penalties for traffickers and expanding resources for survivors. We see you, we stand with you, and we will not stop fighting to end this heinous industry.

🎉The wait is officially over! Today, we celebrated the grand opening of the new Spring Grove YMCA!🎉

Honored to be part of the Roth's Church Road Community Partnership from the very beginning. For the last couple of years, we’ve worked incredibly hard to reach this goal. Staring at computer renderings and imagining what this space could become many years ago.

Standing inside it today, I can tell you the pictures do not do it justice.
