Respecting the people who pay our bills is one of my top concerns as your state Senator. I believe in openness and transparency in your state government and have made that a priority while in public office.
From day one of being sworn into the Senate, I have turned down many of the lavish perks offered to members of the General Assembly. In fact, as your state senator, I declined the public pension, did not enroll on the Senate’s healthcare plan, nor do I use a state vehicle. I do not submit for mileage for events throughout the 28th District nor do I seek reimbursement to travel to and from the state Capitol.
I operate one main district office in Springfield Township, and, in an effort to make your state Senate more accessible to you, I have opened three mobile offices throughout the 28th District. Here is a breakdown of the rental costs:
District Office Rent: $2,300/month
Mobile Office in Fawn Grove: $0
Mobile Office in York City: $0
Mobile Office in Manchester Township: $0
