Sen. Phillips-Hill, Rep. Grove to unveil anti-human trafficking legislation

WHAT:

Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill (R-York) and Rep. Seth Grove (R-York) will unveil legislation to strengthen penalties in certain human trafficking criminal cases to go after the motive of this heinous crime: Those who pay money for sexual acts with victims of human trafficking. 

WHO:

Phillips-Hill and Grove will be joined by Commonwealth Victim Advocate Jennifer Storm and other proponents of the bill. 

WHEN:

Wednesday, January 9 at 11 a.m. 

WHERE:

Capitol Media Center in the East Wing of the Capitol Complex in Harrisburg.
